what inspires me: a mention of poems, Zumba, and belly dance

By

Inspired by Robert Frost to write a blog: ๐Ÿ™‚ I do that, I read something, maybe one of your posts, or a poem, or a meme, and it does something to me. I have to write what’s in my heart.
I do that with music. I hear a certain song, and I’m inspired to make up a Zumba routine, (I gave up all my classes, so you’ll never see them.๐Ÿคฃ). Later on, I regret that temporary feeling of volcanic love (or pride) and archive or delete it.

I had a Facebook which I started after I was five books in, and I deleted it, happily, thinking I’d get more writing completed. I only made a new one, about a year ago? for Zumba purposes.

I thought it would help advertise, and it does. People ask me about the classes all the time.

I have an Instagram- I deleted it the day after my daughter and I created it because I decided I didn’t want to advertise books, and I’m not a picture posting person. NOW we’re having a devil of a time making it reappear. Never delete an Instagram acount because getting it back is a really nuisance.

Inspiration (maybe impulsive emotion) can take your thinking down an interesting path. I was at a theater academy in Little Rock when I was fifteen. The belly dancing troupe was brought in to give us a taste of different dances from around the world. I went nuts when I saw it!
“That’s what we love about you, you see something you like, you go temporarily crazy for it,” my theater friends commented. And I did. But I went crazier for my husband who was not a fan of the dance. Actually, he likes it now. When I dance in the kitchen, (which I only do sometimes) he watches, and comments, “why did I not like that before?” lol Have a great day, and I hope you get inspired to create. ๐Ÿ™‚
